Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, we offer:

  • Exchange - for another size or color of the same style
  • Store Credit - valid for 24 months
  • Refunds - only for faulty or incorrect items

Important: We no longer accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Customer pays shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Domestic Returns (Australia)

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • You may only exchange for another size or colour of the same style (if available)
  • If your preferred size or colour is unavailable → we'll issue store credit (valid for 24 months)
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect

International Orders

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders — only store credit or refund (if faulty or incorrect)
  • Customer pays all shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Returns will only be accepted if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect

Sale Items

Final sale. No return or exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Item Condition

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached
  • No signs of fake tan, make up or perfume
  • Items returned in poor or used condition may be sent back to the customer at their expense
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for parcels lost in return transit — tracked delivery is recommended
