Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with exchanges or store credit only.
IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE
We no longer offer refunds for returns.
We now offer exchanges or store credit only.
If the size or colour you wish to exchange for is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
We do not refund for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty
or incorrect.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGES (Australia)
● Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
● You may exchange your item for another size or colour of the same style (subject to
availability).
● If your preferred size/colour is unavailable, a store credit will be issued (valid for 12
months).
● We do not cover return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit.
● Please contact us before returning anything with your reason for requesting a return,
refund or exchange

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
● Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
● We do not offer exchanges for international orders. We offer store credit only.
● If you wish to return an item, you must place a new order and return the original item to
us.
● Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued.
● All shipping costs (including returns) are to be covered by the customer unless the
item is deemed faulty.

FULL PRICED ITEMS
Full priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit if returned within the timeframes listed above.
Refunds are no longer offered unless required by law.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items (including those purchased during promotions) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
FINE PRINT
● Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
● Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
● Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
● We do not reimburse international taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office for information about tax refunds.
● Return freight is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
● We are not liable for the loss of garments in return transit — we recommend a trackable delivery service.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at

● Your order number
● Clear photos of the item
● Your contact details
We will assess the issue and provide the best solution.
Please note: Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
